Emplacement parfait pour nous, l'appartement est agréable et les équipements fonctionnels. très belle vue sur la médina. Tout s'est bien passé pour récupérer les clés, l'appartement est facile à trouver. Un pur appartement tétouanais, en longueur mais chaleureux.
Manque quelques équipements pour le confort : des petites lampes près des lits car il n'y a qu'un grand plafonnier central, un tapis de bain, plus de draps ( nous étions 3 manquait un drap pour dormir séparément), que le balcon soit dégagé pour pouvoir s'y tenir. La propreté pourrait être améliorée, surtout dans les parties communes, et manque balai etc pour entretenir les sols et plus de papier toilette !)

Un apartamento muy bonito en un edificio del ensanche de Tetuán. Reformado y muy limpio. Muy confortable, tranquilo, descansamos muy bien. La zona es muy segura para el turista. El anfitrión nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda volveremos.

It was 10°C/50°F the night I stayed here. The apartment has a climatiseur but the heat did not work! I found the brand and model number of the unit, as noted in the picture attached. The manufacturer’s website indicates this model does indeed provide heat. So, it was either disabled or broken. I contacted the owner but they said they do not provide heat. They went as far as to claim this is indicated on the booking website, but I did not see that information in the listing. In any case, the information on the climatiseur itself proves this false. So, all of this was very disappointing. Because it was unbearably cold and heat is an inexpensive and basic provision, that definitely affected my rating of the property.
There are four flats on the second floor, and it’s difficult to figure out which apartment is the correct one, as the door is not marked or well lit. Also, the building is old and there is no elevator/ascenseur. If you have mobility issues, it’s important to be aware of that because the flat is on the second floor.
There’s a bright green light inside one of the recessed lamps on the ceiling. I’m not sure but I was concerned that it might be a camera. We can’t see the light during the day, but at night, it’s bright enough to make it hard to sleep.
The apartment faces a very busy street there was a lot of noise, cars and motorcycles up and down the street, honking their horns, and people talking loudly, all night and into the early morning.
In addition, the doors to the terrace facing the street are not well sealed, so cigarette smoke from the street was actually seeping into the apartment. The smell was noticeable and unpleasant
It’s really too bad because otherwise, it was clean and sufficiently furnished and equipped, although a bit small. It’s sufficient for two adults, and maybe one child, at the most. However, at night, the noise, frigid cold, and bright light just made it impossible to sleep there.
