The location is not as bad as it might look. There is a Line 1 (12 min on foot) that brings you to the city center in 1 hour. The price is very good compared to other hotels in Seoul. Many convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Recommend!
No microwave machine in a room

I love the area full of restaurants and 7-11, the room is big and clean, big shower hot-cold water, a/c is working properly, quite room and sound proof and the owner is lovely.
No elevator

Good shower, good water pressure, comfortable room, great scent in the hotel, good service, good privacy, good room lights. It wasn't listed but there is wifi and Netflix in the rooms.
There is a window, but it is against another building with a little gap, so no view and no natural light, I guess most places are like this but that was a bit unexpected.
