Great Location, Helpful Host, and Overall Comfortable Stay

The host was wonderful -very kind, helpful, and extremely responsive on WhatsApp despite the language barrier. Jonathan answered every question quickly and even greeted us at the entrance with someone who spoke English on our first day. He also shared small but useful tips, like not drinking the tap water.The location was honestly a steal for the price. The house was big, spacious, and very clean. We had seen comments about cockroaches or marijuana smell, but we didn’t experience anything like that at all. The facilities were simple for an Airbnb, but everything provided worked well. We also felt very safe -both in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The host informed us that the washing machine was broken and gave us a laundry card with credits for the laundromat. We mentioned that we didn’t want to walk back and forth with clothes, and he immediately arranged a replacement. Within two days, a new machine was installed and everything functioned perfectly. The kitchen had all the basic essentials, and the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Hot water was always available thanks to the geyser running. Garbage disposal was also conveniently close to the house. We were given as many keys as we needed, which was very practical. There are several supermarkets and shops within a 5-minute walk. The airport bus stop is about 8–10 minutes away, and the beach is also around a 10-minute walk. Plenty of towels were provided, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable for two people, and we made full use of the large TV in the living room to watch OTT shows. Despite being close to everything, the area was quiet and peaceful. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money

Though these aren’t major issues, they do make a difference, so noting them here. Like other reviews mentioned, the Wi-Fi is very weak in the bedroom - we had to rely on our own mobile data. The air cooler (a small machine) is only in the bedroom, so the other rooms can get quite hot during the day. We carried a small portable fan, and that honestly made things much more comfortable. A few additional basic amenities would have helped -things like extra garbage bags, enough toilet paper, or at least one bottle of body wash. We ended up buying a large one and left it for the next guests. These items are easy to find in the nearby shops, but having them in the apartment would have been convenient. The living room doesn’t have dark curtains, so the person sleeping on the sofa bed may wake up early due to sunlight. The balcony has a tiny lock, but it isn’t fully secure. The area felt safe overall, but a proper lock would have added a bit more comfort. Another detail not mentioned in other reviews is that there are small uphill climbs on both sides leading up to the apartment. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people, but anyone with mobility concerns should keep this in mind.

The neighbors smoked weed and it was terrible. And there are no dark curtains in the living room. If there are more than two of you or one occupies the sofa, the sun will wake you up in the morning.

Perfect.

The location was really good, right in the heart of Los Cristianos. There’s a great brunch place next door called Palmera. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was important as I was working during my stay, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I have no negative comments — I really enjoyed my stay and would have loved to stay longer. Getting the keys was easy, and the hosts were very helpful and always replied quickly on WhatsApp.

Skvělá lokalita blízko pláže, obchodů, hned přes ulici kavárna na bruch, snídani či oběd. Zároveň je ubytování klidné, tiché, pohodlné a dobře vybavené. A kousek od autobusu.

Vytknu jen drobnosti: balkon by mohl poskytovat lepší komfort, sušák na prádlo byl rozbitý a bylo tam jen 7 kolíčků na prádlo.

Közel a strand a busz megálló. Szép ,tiszta a lakás. A tulaj kedves, behűtött ásványvìzzel várt. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

Volt egy nap amikor az egyik szomszéd egész éjjel köhögött. Valószìnű más is hallgatta. Más nem volt, minden szuper volt.
