10/10 – An Absolutely Beautiful Stay with an Exceptional Host! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What an absolutely wonderful experience! From beginning to end, our stay at Smart Suites was nothing short of amazing. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more welcoming experience.
First and foremost, a very special thank you to our incredible host, Mel, who was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Her kindness, professionalism, warm hospitality and exceptional customer service truly made our stay that much more special. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and valued, but Mel certainly does. She is an absolute gem and a true credit to Smart Suites!
The accommodation itself was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and incredibly family-friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy quality time together as a family. Everything about the space felt welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Another thing worth mentioning is the incredible value for money! For such beautiful accommodation, outstanding hospitality and a wonderful overall experience, the prices are exceptionally reasonable. You truly get so much more than what you pay for!
We are beyond grateful for such a memorable stay and cannot speak highly enough of both Smart Suites and Mel.
Would we stay here again? WITHOUT A DOUBT!
To anyone considering booking with Smart Suites, we wholeheartedly recommend it. Whether you’re travelling with family or simply looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful, affordable and welcoming, this place is an absolute winner.
Thank you once again, Mel, for your outstanding hospitality. You made our experience truly special, and we look forward to returning!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all the way! Highly, highly recommended!
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was lovely, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our only regret was not staying longer! We genuinely enjoyed every moment and look forward to coming back.

The location and facilities were great
I kept receiving complaints. First about smoking but we have never smoked inside the house so it was probably a mistake, not sure. Secondly I received another complaint about a vehicle parked at the wrong spot which was not mine. I kept getting mistaken about and received complaints about things that I/my family did not do.
