⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero, i would! I deeply regret booking this property and would not recommend it based on my experience. I booked this accommodation because the listing advertised air conditioning, which was an important factor in my decision. However, I was only informed that the air conditioning was not working when I had already arrived at the reception and was about to check in. By that time, I had already travelled to the property with my luggage and had an important meeting the following day, leaving me with very limited options. I stayed for one night only because I had no immediate alternative. However, the room was extremely uncomfortable without the advertised air conditioning, and it was clear that the accommodation did not meet the expectations created by the listing. The following day, despite of all my messages of following up regarding the AC not working, I did not see any real effort from the host to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution that would allow me to continue my stay comfortably. Because of this, I had no choice but to check out early and arrange alternative accommodation at my own expense. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterwards. Despite only using one night of my reservation, the host refused to refund the unused nights, even though the accommodation provided was not what had been advertised. I strongly believe this listing requires a thorough review by Booking.com to ensure that future guests are not placed in the same situation. Guests should be informed of major issues before arrival, not only when they are already at the property and have no reasonable opportunity to make alternative arrangements. I hope my experience helps future guests make an informed decision and that Booking.com takes appropriate action to review this property and its listing standards.

Comfortable bed. Good location.

No top sheet on bed. No sink wall mirror in bathroom. Shower didn’t drain well. Not really a luxury residence, although 38 Park appears expensive.

The unit is very nice I like the condo inside anything that you need for as utilizing inside the condo very nice I have no issues with the setup of the condo

In the bathroom you need a full size mirror and in the living room you can upgrade your love seat / sofa
