Location great for local bars and shops. Bit of a walk to club house etc.
But at least you have these facilities available. Van was spotlessly clean and lady on reception was lovely. The caravan is budget but it suited our needs.
If you want luxury, pick something else but it will cost.
Bed could be a little more comfortable.

It is close to all amenities, bus routes are very good, the site we are on is quiet ( which is why we like it ) and is very clean and tidy and a short walk to the beach.
Only thing i would like to see is another form of security on the Caravan door, this being we have a autistic non verbal Granddaughter, who was able to reach and work out how to open the door, i think a extra security feature would be beneficial , not only to us but also to other families with young Autistic children.

Nice site, convenient to local shops pubs and the beach.
The mattress was terrible you could feel the springs with your hand never mind when you laid on it. The sofas need cleaning they look filthy.
