Breakfast was good. Nice sized bathroom and room.
The shower could have been cleaner and the shampoo disoenser was either low on shampoo or dysfunctional.

Easy access, clean, friendly
Limited staff at the hours of arrival and check out…. Would suggest a key drop box for secure departure of clients if staff is too busy with morning routines

Kelly the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean, bright and smelled fresh. Breakfast was decent.
I did not like the fact that I could hear the TV blaring from the next room through the wall. It kept us up all night. We complained to the front desk clerk at 11:00 p.m. to ask the guests in room 307 to turn down their TV volume so we could get some sleep. Either he did not tell the guests to turn it down or the guest ignored the request. I tried calling down to the front desk THREE more times to ask that they follow through with our request. But each time I called there was no answer. The guests kept their TV blaring all night and all morning. It was still at a high volume when we checked out.
The employee Steve, who works at other locations, was no help. He was just covering the front desk when we checked out. He was zero help offering. No apologies whatsoever. He told me I needed to call the manager the following Monday.
It's a beautiful hotel. Very clean and bright, but we were super disappointed with our stay as we did not get a peaceful, restful night's sleep.
