The apartment itself was very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The location was also excellent, right next to Astoria M metro station, which made getting around really convenient. It was also within walking distance of the city center and the Danube River, which was a big plus.
We completely understand and respect that check-in is only available until 23:00. However, after experiencing an unexpected 8-hour flight delay, we would have really appreciated a little flexibility and understanding, especially considering how long and exhausting our journey had been.
Having to wait until 13:15 the following day to check in was quite disappointing, especially since the apartment was fully paid for and we had lost an entire night due to circumstances completely beyond our control.
We understand that there are policies in place, but a little consideration in situations like this would have made a huge difference to our experience.

A very cosy and pleasant apartment. Tiny, yet extremely comfortable and offering all the amenities you might possibly need. Not only did they allow me an early check-in, but also a late check-out so that was extremely nice on their part. The apartment looks brand new, it's very clean, the bed is heaven. If you need to, you can have your luggage stored in their office, both before you check in and after you check out. The staff is very polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends (to be true, I have already done it).
No such thing.

A clean compact room well situated in the city
During our stay the power in our room went off. The staff wasn’t hurries to help us, so we were left to shower in the darkness
