After the front desk told me the founder was the grandson or granddaughter of the Motel 6 owner, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. More of a mid-range than budget hotel. Had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The property was set far back from the busy road, so there was a quietness to it. I felt safe, I had a good night’s sleep, and it made the road trip so much less stressful to find this really great value.
Not much in the way of a dog potty break area. The grass provided was pretty muddy. But we found places my dog could go … patches of gravel, or the grass at the hotel across the street, just watch out for tiny frogs in the grass!

It was really clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a big fridge and a place to cook.
The room does not come with cooking utensils so we had to buy a small pan to cook. But all the rest was great.
