El apartamento cumplió con nuestras necesidades con mucho. Lo mejor de todo la anfitriona, Giulia es encantadora y nos dio todas las facilidades y estuvo pendiente y en contacto con nosotros durante nuestra estancia dando recomendaciones y todo lo que necesitábamos. Ubicación perfecta.

The location is the best part of this property. Walking distance to old town, public transit and waterfront. The property manager Giulia is very nice and friendly. Communication was not a problem.
This accommodation lacks some very basic things that you'd expect in a typical stay. Although Giulia tried to bring in some of the missing stuff like soap and shampoo, others remained missing.
Example: there's not one little trash bin in the bathroom, bedroom & even kitchen. All they have is the outdoor bins for separating recycling. Although there's a big emphasis on separating the organic food waste in biodegradable bags, no such bags are provided.
There is no full size mirror in the entire apartment. You can only see from the chest up in the bedroom and bathroom mirrors.
There's a washing machine, but no detergent is provided. The excuse was that people come for only a couple of days, they don't do laundry. That is not true about people who've been travelling for many days before getting to this property. If you advertise having a washer, you should also provide detergent. Some property owners do not realize what a challenge it is for a non-local, not knowing the brands and not speaking the language, to go buy the right product.
The bed is very uncomfortable, mattress is extra firm and gave me body ache every morning. Beddings and towels look like some hand-me down linen from someone's old house, not on par with a decent paid accommodation. These are things that wouldn't cost much to fix, but they make the difference between a great accommodation and a barely adequate one.
Overall, the place served the purpose. Would I stay there again? No. There are better options if you plan ahead a bit.
