About this apartment rental
This spacious, modernly furnished vacation apartment for 2 people, with a magnificent lake view and prime lakeside location, is situated on a 3,000-square-meter park-like property. The large balcony, facing south/southwest with a direct view of the lake, guarantees plenty of sunshine from noon until evening. The awning provides pleasant shade when needed. The comfortable lounge area is the perfect spot to relax. For sunbathers, two adjustable lounge chairs are also available. 2nd floor, unfortunately no elevator.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up culinary delights. Here you can prepare fresh, locally sourced ingredients and enjoy them on the cozy covered balcony. Wind down the day with a glass of local wine while admiring the sunset over Lake Überlingen.
Thanks to the ideal location of the Seeperle vacation rental, there are no limits to how you can spend your vacation on and around Lake Constance. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the World Heritage Site of the pile dwellings, the Unteruhldingen beach, and excellent restaurants in every price range (e.g., Mainausicht, Häfeli, Seehof, Uhldinger Fischtheke),
everything for the active traveler: boat rentals, a sailing school, SUP rentals, and the Unteruhldingen marina with the Weiße Flotte’s boarding and disembarking point (e.g., for a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau).
