Welcome to your lovely, cozy vacation home with an open-concept living area and a modern bathroom. The south-facing terrace is the perfect spot to relax. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the sunbathing area and swimming spot by the lake, the thermal baths, and the beach. The romantic old town of Meersburg, with its restaurants, sights, and shops, is also just a short walk away and offers impressive panoramic views. Your bicycles are safely stored in the carport.
The diverse Lake Constance region is perfect for exploring from here. The harbor is nearby, with boats sailing in all directions. The same goes for the buses, which you can plan to take for the return trip from your hikes. The beautiful wine trail above the vineyards, for example, begins just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. You don’t need a car to go grocery shopping; fresh bread rolls are also available very close by.

One linens package is provided per guest aged 3 and older, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
