About this apartment rental
This very spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 79 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living area features high-quality vinyl design flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. If needed, a travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for small children.
From the spacious entryway, which features a closet, coat rack, and wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The cozy and very spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, and a large wall shelf. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 10 m² balcony (facing southeast) with balcony furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, and a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as a few books are also available.
The open kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, an additional single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a large dresser, and also offers direct access to the balcony. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the windows are fitted with blackout curtains.
The pull-out sofa bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fourth or fifth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in the living room.
The very spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub with shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a bathroom shelf, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes on the large coat rack (with a closet and a large wall mirror) in the spacious entryway of the apartment.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car for free in the underground parking space (No. 19) assigned to your apartment—please note the height restriction of 1.90 m! You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room within the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by up to 3 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
