Welcome to Apartment 4 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten resort!
From the balcony of this modernly furnished first-floor apartment, you have a direct side view of the Baltic Sea. Less than 100 meters from your vacation home lies the fine-sand Südstrand and the sparkling Baltic Sea. From the covered balcony with an awning, you can enjoy the sunrise and listen to the sound of the sea.
In the high-quality, bright, built-in kitchen, you’ll find plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, and a full range of equipment for preparing your meals. In the adjacent dining area, featuring a cozy upholstered bench and comfortable chairs, you can savor your meals and enjoy the view of the sea.
The light-filled living area features a like-new couch that can be pulled out and transformed in no time into a comfortable sleeping area measuring 130 x 210. For your entertainment, a large smart TV and a radio are available.
In the sleeping area, a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 is ready for relaxing nights on vacation. The room features a spacious built-in closet, making it easy to store your vacation wardrobe. The sleeping area can be visually separated from the living area with a curtain.
For complete blackout, the apartment is equipped with electric exterior blinds. A parking space for your car is available in the large parking lot.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
