About this villa rental
The villa has a minimal environmental impact, using solar energy to generate electricity and hot water.
The town, with its historic center, shops, outdoor movie theater, and beaches, offers a variety of beach clubs and water sports.
For nature lovers, there are dirt roads that lead through beautiful wooded landscapes and along the lake.
Villa Panorama is located on the ring of hills surrounding Lake Bracciano within the Bracciano and Martignano Regional Nature Park.
The park encompasses the territory of ancient, now-dormant volcanoes covered in dense vegetation, which are mirrored on the shores like scenes from a fairy tale. Its shores offer the opportunity to relax as well as to enjoy sports such as canoeing, windsurfing, sailing, and kitesurfing. Motorboats are prohibited, with the exception of the ferry, which—in addition to being a tourist attraction due to the beauty of the lake scenery it reveals—shuttles between the small villages of Anguillara, Bracciano, and Trevignano Romano.
Thanks to its hillside location and eco-friendly features, Villa Panorama guarantees not only peace and comfort but also a consistently cool and pleasant temperature, even on the hottest days.
Guest access.
The villa is located within a small residential complex consisting of 10 independent villas in an area where tranquility reigns. We will be available during check-in and beyond to provide any information that will help make your stay a unique experience.
Villa Panorama stands out for the greenery that surrounds it and its modern, minimalist design—yet it’s fully equipped with all the amenities that will make your stay a place of peace and serenity.
The first floor is accessed via a convenient outdoor and indoor staircase, where you’ll find a 4x8-meter pool with a dual-depth design (90/160 cm) and Roman steps.
The villa is divided into two independent and self-contained apartments, one on the first floor and the other on the first floor.
Each is equipped with a kitchen, a dining/living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
On the third-to-last floor, connected to both apartments, there is an attic bedroom with air conditioning, a two-person whirlpool tub, a French bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony overlooking the panoramic view.
