I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly. A major plus for travelers is the Wi-Fi: there is a router on every floor, ensuring excellent connectivity.
The staff was extremely kind, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every single day (including new shampoos, soaps etc). The hotel's location is also ideal; it is very central and offers perfect transport links. There is a tram stop nearby, from which you can reach the Tunis central station in just about five minutes. Furthermore, there is a busy street in the immediate vicinity where you can easily find taxis at any time. And just right next to the hotel there's a store.
Based on the excellent facilities, the great service, and the central location, I can highly recommend this hotel and give it a full rating.
I'll definitely come back.

It was a great stay.
There is a nearby shop which was good.
WiFi was on and off the first day. Was stabilised after that.
They provided an iron but no ironing board unfortunately.
I would still give it a 5 star as staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay there again.
