This inviting vacation apartment on the mezzanine floor combines comfort, modernity, and a fantastic location.
With an area of 35 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to 2 people.
The apartment captivates with its cozy atmosphere. The bright living/sleeping area invites you to relax and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, a double bed (140x200 cm), and a dining area. Access to the bed is limited on one side due to space constraints.
External roller shutters are available to darken the room.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—from a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop to a microwave-oven combination and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided so you can easily prepare your morning coffee or breakfast.
The cozy, south-west-facing balcony is the highlight of the apartment, offering a view of the surrounding area. Sit back, relax on the balcony furniture, and leave your everyday worries behind.
