Our stay was comfortable and convenient, with everything we needed close at hand.

The accommodation and surrounding area were exactly what we wanted. Everything was conveniently located, with all amenities and attractions within close proximity, which made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

I was happy with everything

Comfortable, clean

Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed apartment equipped with everything you might need during your stay. I even extended my stay by an additional 1.5 weeks because I enjoyed it so much. The owner was very helpful with all my requests and responded quickly.

Disrespectful, incompetent, scammer - AVOID at all costs!!

I like the location of the property on booking.com. I like how the host contacted me after the booking to confirm i was still coming

After confirming my booking, as our group was making our way from Etosha to the property in Windhoek, we got a message from the host telling us that the previous client wanted to stay on and has (at the very last minute) extended their stay. She didn't want to move him to another property but insisted to move me to another location. I declined as we had made that booking days before and even confirmed it early in the day. She told me she couldn't move him out as he refused to move property even though we had booked it days in advance. She wanted to move us to "another location" which was of course more expensive but away from where we needed to be. Needless to say, her incompetence and total disrespect of our booking meant she cancelled the reservation and we had to look for alternate accommodation in Windhoek when we had arrived. I had escalated this to booking.com 2 times and have not yet had a response! Needless to say, our party will never be using booking.com as in this instance, we were not able to contact someone for any help or support in a foreign country when left stranded by an unreliable and awful host.
