Grateful location, facilities could be improved

Close to the beach, nice view

No hot water for 2 days, shower door is faulty, no tea towels, no kettle, no toaster, doors were squeaky (we oiled them) Generally cleaning could be better.

Las vistas eran bonitas pero por todo lo demás no nos gustó nada

El sofá estaba roto cada vez que se sientan hace ruido , una de las camas igual , las paredes de la sala igual con manchas raras , el aseo huele a alcantarilla y un olor de muy mal gusto aparte de que los cubiertos tenían restos de comida y sucios

Appartamento sporchissimo, mal tenuto e vecchio, in totale contrasto con buona posizione e stabile.

La posizione (3 min a piedi da una bellissima caletta e 5 min dalla zona con bar, ristoranti e tutti i servizi) la vista e la piscina sono gli unici punti che ci hanno convinto a rimanere (prenotate 10 notti).

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto sporco, arredato con mobili vecchi e trasandati, divani e cuscini macchiati, bagno incrostato di giallo, 2 materassi per terra nella terrazza, pensili e stoviglie unti da sporcarsi le dita a toccarli. L'impatto è stato talmente negativo per lo sporco che appena arrivati abbiamo cercato una soluzione alternativa per non rimanere li. Purtroppo essendo alta stagione e dovendo stare 10 giorni non abbiamo potuto trovare nulla a prezzi accessibili. Eravamo 2 adulti e una bambina di 8 anni, che avrebbe dovuto dormire in un divano letto. Il divano letto era sporco e mal ridotto, mancavano le lenzuola, le abbiamo richieste e non ci sono mai state fornite. Ho dovuto cercare un servizio di pulizie a Benidorm per fare ripulire la casa e renderla decente per il soggiorno. Sono molto dispiaciuta perché le pulizie avrebbero dovuto essere incluse, così come lenzuola per tutti, ma alla fine la bambina ha dormito con noi per l'intero periodo, con enorme disagio per il riposo. Ho fatto presente per iscritto al numero segnalato e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. La gestione è praticamente inesistente. Il tutto in totale contrasto con l'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento che invece è ben curato e molto pulito negli spazi comuni. A maggior ragione penso che la proprietà dell'appartamento sia molto negligente e la gestione pessima.
