They contacted us very quickly and efficiently. We made our request and reservation late at night. But already at 9:00 am the hostess contacted us (via WhatsApp messenger), which was very convenient!! All correspondence was in English, but when we asked for information about the check-in details, the hostess's mother immediately contacted us in Russian. Which was very nice. We entered the apartment even before paying!! We made sure it was clean and comfortable and only then made the payment!! It was very nice!! Working on trust with clients!! The hosts are cordial and hospitable!! Cleanliness and everything is completely there for living, detergents for dishes and baths. Snow-white linens, clean towels!! The apartment is in the semi-basement but VERY WARM!! LARGE WALLS VERY WARM!! BUT THE AIR IN THE APARTMENT IS VERY WELL VENTILATED!! Lots of flowers in the yard!! There is indeed parking for a car.

Nice stay! The whole unit is yours, and it has pretty much everything you need, slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The washing machine is also a great plus.
The unit was clean and comfortable overall. It’s also a contactless stay, which was convenient. I guess this is why there isn’t an option to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. So, if you’re planning to explore outside of Tbilisi and need somewhere to leave your luggage, do plan accordingly.

All necessary for the living was provided, everything in the facility worked well.
Dust, spiders on the wall, noise from above neighbors and from the street.
The staff responses were too slow. Sometimes took all day for a response.
