PIEKIELNY POBYT

Apartament bardzo ładny, funkcjonalny z pięknym widokiem na miasto, w dobrej lokalizacji.

Po wejściu do apartamentu w Hanza Tower (1-3 maja 2026) przywitała nas sauna fińska. Okna były odsłonięte, na dworze bardzo ciepło i czyste niebo (apartament ma całe ściany okien od podłogi do sufitu). Niestety klimatyzacja nie działała. Zgłaszaliśmy to do gospodarza apartamentu, ale dostaliśmy odpowiedź że to nie jego wina, a zarządcy budynku. Zasugerowano nam otwarcie okien (2 małe w salonie i jedno w sypialni). Nic to nie dało, bo na dworze był skwar. Musieliśmy pozasłaniać wszystkie okna i siedzieć w ciemnościach, tracąc piękny widok za oknami. Niestety na nie wiele się do zdało. Najgorsza była jednak noc. W upale 28 stopni (termometr był) nie dało się spać. Poza tym wersalka rozkładana w salonie jest krótka (max. dla osoby 170 cm) i bardzo twarda. Dopiero około 4 nad ranem otwarte okna i lekki chłód na dworze pozwolił zasnąć na kilka godzin. Następnego dnia klimatyzacja z rana zaczęła funkcjonować w miarę poprawnie. Niestety po godzinie 13-tej kiedy słońce zaczęło ponownie świecić w okna klimatyzacja padła. (dodam że w sypialni nie ma klimy). Kolejne zaciemnianie nic nie dawało. MIMO IŻ MIELIŚMY WYKUPIONĄ JESZCZE JEDNA DOBĘ O GODZINIE 18-TEJ ZREZYGNOWALIŚMY Z DALSZEGO POBYTU w "szklarni", o czym mailowo poinformowałem gospodarza. Kolejna noc w takich warunkach byłaby nie do zniesienia. Zostaliśmy oczywiście przeproszeni za zaistniałą sytuację ale ŻADNEGO ZADOŚĆ UCZYNIENIA NIE DOSTALIŚMY! Nie polecam tego apartamentu zwłaszcza w ciepłe słoneczne dni, bo podejrzewam, że problemy z klimatyzacją są notoryczne. Lepiej wykupić hotel DANA (zawsze go wybieramy, ale tym razem nie było miejsc), który cenowo wyniesie mniej, a i śniadanie jest w cenie. Poza tym kiedy coś nie tak jest z pokojem, to hotel zamieni na inny lub stanie na głowie aby rozwiązać sytuację.
