Very nice hotel location inside the private Gardens of Montazah in Alexandria.
Rixos Montazah is a collection of differents hotels inside Montazah and we have chosen the Nariman Hotel in front of the beach Aida. The beaches and pools are cleaned everyday.
Golf cars drivers are available to transport hotel's clients everywhere inside Montazah. There are few restaurants and cafes inside Montazah as well.
Lots of staff members at the reception are not skilled at all.
We had to escalade our complains to different managers before fixing our issues.
Coffee Machines are always out of service at the restaurant so everyone has to wait in queue the only one unskilled "barista" to prepare coffees in rush hours. Locals clients used to squeeze the queue and make your morning coffee even longer to get ready!
