Das Appartement hat allen Teilen den Fotos im Netz entsprochen. Es ist hell, geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit einer großen Terasse, die allerdings nicht möbliert ist.
Die Sauberkeit im Küchenbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Kühlschrank sowie die Fronten und die Arbeitsflächen waren erkennbar nicht gereinigt. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine oder andere Möglichkeit Kaffee zuzubereiten. Im Badezimmer wäre eine Badematte angebracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unpersönlich. Man hatte konnte den Eindruck gewinnen, dass es eine KI ist. Dass jedoch bei Ankunft unmittelbar nach dem versehentlichen Parken auf einem Mieterparkplatz eine Nachricht mit der Aufforderung umzuparken kam, lässt allerdings darauf schließen, dass der Vermieter in der gleichen Anlage oder zumindest in der Nähe wohnt. Man hört bei offenen Fenstern und auf der Terasse die oberhalb des Wohngebietes vorbeiführende Autobahn A 45 je nach Verkehr und Tageszeit deutlich.
