Huge disappointment, I don't recommend to a family.. That needs extra bed.

20th. May 2026 stay I was planning to stay longer but I was interrupted. First the advert mentioned that the room had a bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room but when we checked in I realised it's only a bed in the bedroom and sofa in the living room, a NORMAL sofa not a SOFA BED and so my son had to sleep very uncomfortably on the sofa, the linens we asked for took a longer with several calls back and forth . To make it worse when I tried to talk to the owner the lady kept lying and denying she didn't advertise that and she can even see it on her side... HOW WAS THAT POSSIBLE? it only meant me as the customer I was lying and she was correct!! Secondly when I was still processing this disappointment of sofa bed, she started to harass me with PAYMENT I just checked in and I told her that I was on an important call but I will do the payment after that but she kept calling and finally she send a security guard ony door and my son was so scared that there was a man standing outside our door at NIGHT, I had to drop my call to go and check and the security guard said it was the lady that send him to us because we haven't made the payment.. Like for REAL....???? at night... Why can't she tell the security guard to wait at the gate amd grab us if we dare leave or run away???? I had to cancel my stay and checked out immediately in the morning.

The owner is lying and not accountable, she is also harassing. The room has only 1 bed in the bedroom.. Forget that 2 SOFA BEDs thing in the living room . It's just normal sofa...the TV doesn't work... It kept saying go back, go back until my son got tired... Like I mentioned before !! I was planning to stay longer but I was interrupted.
