Perfect and pristine. Hosts super friendly. The safest area - I slept all night with the door wide open in the moonlight. The air-conditioner is a blessing in the daytime heat, but even in August, the night was cool, bordering on chilly. Host provided extra linens immediately we asked. Washer and dryer and free laundry detergent, lovely patio, no insects of any kind, just pure, fresh air. I loved the place! Note for prospective travelers: HEED THE OWNER'S DIRECTIONS, NOT THE GPS. It WILL send you up the garden path, and I mean that literally as well as figuratively. Follow the owner's directions and you'll arrive at the gate without issue.

It's a trailer, so earthquakes every time you walk, lol! One thing that could be done is to make the stairs leading into the trailer more secure - they almost toppled me over a couple of times. Less steep stairs would be appreciated. Allowing guests to enter by the driveway ramp instead of the stairs without a banister at the entrance would also be appreciated.

Very quiet and isolated.

The property was secluded, secure, beautiful it had a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it like we would of liked to. Also, it allows pets, which is a must for me. On top of the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Walk in and enjoy it.

I honestly have no complaints about the property.
