First and foremost, I appreciated the location and access to multiple transportation options. I liked the self-check in, the clean linens, comfortable bed, and private ensuite bathroom. There was an in-room mini-fridge as well which was convenient for some drinks and snacks and came with two bottles of water at check-in. The communal kitchen had complimentary filtered water, a lovely fresh-bean coffee maker, and laundry area that included free washing machine (with the dryer available for 1000 ₩ / per 50 minutes). The cooking area had adequate cooking supplies and was clean during my stay.
The elevator situation was weird due to the half-floor orientation of the building. You'd have to carry your suitcase up or down half a flight. The garbage in the communal kitchen area was on more than a few occasions overflowing despite there being garbage facilities on each floor. The access to the double bed was on one side only which wasn't an issue for me as a solo traveler but if you are two people be prepared to climb over. The wet room bathroom was fine but it would have been nice to have another place to rest the shower head. The orientation of the closet bar was awkward. A few more hooks to hang towels or jackets would have been nice.

近くにダイソーがあるのもありがたい
エレベーターがあったのも助かりました
仁川空港から遠かった
受験生用のホテルなのかとても部屋がせまかった
部屋の掃除はいきとどいてなかった
