Location was good. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean
Cafe was terrible. Serving instant coffee at breakfast. They said they turn on coffee machine only in the afternoon. Which restaurant does not serve proper coffee with breakfast?? I have travelled around the world and this is the only place that does not offer proper coffee with breakfast. Staff did not even make an attempt to correct this. So we did not eat any breakfast or any meal at the cafe and you lost lot of business for 5 days stay

Location - right on dal lake. It's very convenient. U can roam around at Dal lake any time u want. Ample of eating facilities available around. Good shoping area around the property.
As such nothing major which I didn't like.
