Laura was friendly and helped us organise our trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh without any hassle. It was nice having someone who could explain the options and help with the arrangements instead of having to figure everything out ourselves. The room was clean, and we felt comfortable staying here.

Everyone was welcoming, and the hospitality made a good first impression. Check-in went smoothly, which was especially nice after travelling

The room felt quite new, was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Itwas also nice being so central. We spent most of our time walking around instead of taking taxis, and there were plenty of things to see nearby. The breakfast staff were lovely and always greeted us in the morning. Small thing, but it made the stay feel more personal.
