The size of the rooms were fabulous with The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need, enough cutlery and crockery, microwave, toaster, breakfast bar and plenty of space. (Spare lightbulbs too). Bedrooms had clean bedding with storage for clothes. The central heating is adjustable. Utility room has a toilet also a washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The living area has enough seating and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
It could do with a deep clean and freshen up in areas, furniture covers washing, there are walls where wallpaper is peeling (especially in the bathroom and landing) Mould in and around shower tray. The tiles in the kitchen had not been cleaned. Cobwebs all around.

The location is brilliant, its a 5 minute walk to the centre, 5 minute walk to a supermarket.
The rooms were spacious and had everything you need.
The only downside for us is the amount of stairs and that the bathroom is on the top floor (there is a toilet on the first floor) so if you have any health issues its may not be for you.

Constructive criticism only, 80 % of the time WiFi didn't work,a massive issue if you have kids.
Good house,maybe a bit tired around the edges and cleaning lady arrived before 10am checkout slightly,caught us off guard and ended up leaving some of our belongings behind as a result
