The location, the room was nice.
I appreciated the washer and dryer.
I did not like the fact that the room was one price, and (my fault) the tax was more than the cost of the room.
I thought I was getting a good deal, ended up paying almost $400!!!
When immediately realizing MY mistake. I called to try to cancel… no one seems concerned or willing to refund my money… unless I paid a $200 cancellation fee…. Uuuggg.
There are other places that do this, just buyer beware

It was clean and well equipped.
The TV had no sound.

Facilities were good.
It wasn't until this time that I saw the parking pass.
The TV had no sound.
I was locked out of my place because my stay was not updated.

The apartment was clean and nicely layed out and well eqipped for utensils and kitchen needs.
Did not like the TV as I could not get any volume on any station when I wanted to watch programmes. Most upsetting
Was not told where the paking pass was and didn't find it for 2 days.
Was charged a house cleaning fee of $80 and no one cleaned it while I was there nor for the next time I had stayed there and want those 2 charges ($160) refunded.
