La atención muy formal y el espacio muy cálido y bonito.

We had a fantastic experience staying here during our wedding week! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, and the location near Carrera 70 made it easy to walk to restaurants and explore the area. We felt very welcomed and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín! ❤️
Breakfast was tasty, but having different options each day would have made it even better.

We had an absolutely amazing stay during our wedding week! ❤️ The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during such a special time in our lives. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Carrera 70, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby—we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! 🇨🇴💍
The only area for improvement would be breakfast. Although everything was delicious, the options were the same every day, so having a little more variety throughout the week would make the experience even better!

Position and staff
Mainteneance is strongly needed. In our room there were debris from works on the jacuzzi and the shelves were falling. The jacuzzi itself was not clean, thus we didn’t use it. The main toilets room was extremely hot.
Air conditioning motors were on the main hall, so every time you exit the rooms you’re in a strong heat wave! That’s weird!
Breakfast staff was not accommodating instead, very rude.
