About this apartment rental
The apartment (TOP8) is located on the first floor. The sun-drenched living room offers a fantastic view of the Burtschakopf and the Sonnenkopf ski area.
A high chair and a bed rail for a double or single bed are available (see photos).
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed. The apartment also includes a covered carport parking space (No. 6). The bathroom features a shower as well as a washer and dryer. A hair dryer is provided. Wi-Fi is included.

Stuben am Arlberg is a 10-minute drive away. From there, you can access one of the world’s best ski resorts, Ski Arlberg. Alternatively, a bus runs to both ski resorts. The bus stop is 200 meters away.
In the summer, many exciting hikes start right from the house (e.g., Spullersee, Ravensburger Hütte, Burtschakopf, Sonnenkopf). Bärenland at Sonnenkopf is a nature and adventure park for the whole family. Starting from the apartment and in the surrounding area, you can enjoy a variety of (e-)MTB tours, all of which are very well marked.
A fitness center with a sauna is located 150 m from the apartment.
It’s easy to get here by car or public transportation. Many long-distance trains from Austria and Germany stop at the Bludenz or Langen a.A. train stations. From there, you can transfer to a bus.
On-site costs: The price includes bed linens and towels. A carport parking space is included (Bergstories 6: Parking Space No. 2, Bergstories 8: Parking Space No. 6).
