40-square-meter apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom for 2–4 people in a central location with many amenities nearby (cafés, supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, laundromat, etc.)—5 minutes from Metro Line A (Furio Camillo station), providing easy access to every part of the city, and 2 minutes from the terminus of Bus 87. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator.
Near the property is Caffarella Park, perfect for a walk through nature along the Via Appia Antica to visit ancient Roman attractions such as the Catacombs of Saint Callixtus and the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella.

The apartment was as described… very well kept and up-to-date.The kitchen was very modern, well furnished with cooking utensils, dishwasher, a small washer under the cabinet, and snacks. It was a joy to cook in. The bathroom was also updated with modern plumbing and furnishings. Considering how hot Rome was at the time, it was really nice to have AC in the apartment. Our host was very accommodating, any questions or request for recommendations were answered very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.
