Our spacious 3-room "Säuling" vacation apartment, measuring 73 m², features two separate bedrooms and can accommodate 2–5 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a large open-concept kitchen-living room with a sofa area, a kitchen, a dining area that seats 5, 2 separate bedrooms, and a new, modern bathroom. The apartment faces southeast and has two large southeast-facing balconies with a magnificent view of Neuschwanstein Castle and the Allgäu and Tannheim mountains. The high wooden sloped ceilings in the spacious kitchen-dining area create a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Here you’ll find a modern kitchen, a rustic dining area with a bench, and a modern couch. From here, you can step out onto your 10 m² south-facing balcony, which is furnished and offers a breathtaking view of the Füssen mountains and the surrounding houses. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen-diner features a 43-inch flat-screen TV with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Directly off the kitchen-living area, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and a second flat-screen TV. From here, you also have access to the large south-facing balcony. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a single bed, has its own 6 m² east-facing balcony. The modern bathroom, featuring a gray stone-look finish, has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a wonderfully large mirror. The highlight of this apartment: from both balconies, you have a magnificent view of Neuschwanstein Castle.



Central and quiet location in Füssen
The AllgäuMax vacation farm is located on the very quiet outskirtson the outskirts of Füssen at an elevation of 800 meters and offers everything you need for a relaxing and varied vacation in the Allgäu. Our farm is located at the end of a private road. In 10 minutes on foot (1.4 km), you can reach the center of Füssen’s romantic old town with its many shops and restaurants. Whether your interests lie in sports, culture, relaxation, or experiencing nature: Here in the Königswinkel, we’ll make sure all your wishes come true.

Apartments in a modern country-style
After taking over the Popplerhof in 2017, all 8 vacation apartments were renovated in an Alpine style with modern furnishings and solid-wood floors. Here you’ll find comfort with well-equipped kitchens, cozy dining areas, comfortable beds, and striking black-and-white photographs depicting the Allgäu’s cultural landscape. 43-inch flat-screen TVs with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are included. All apartments feature a balcony or terrace and offer views of the surrounding Allgäu mountains and the Ammer Mountains, after which the respective apartments are named. Take a look out the window, and you’ll find your mountain, too.

Plenty of space at the vacation farm
Our vacation farm is a former working farm, surrounded by 3.50 hectares of green meadows. Here you’ll find two open stables with horses and donkeys. From our local mountains, the “Galgenbichel” and the Stierbichel, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of all of Füssen, Lake Forggensee, the stunning mountain panorama, and the castles of King Ludwig II.

Donkey Hikes
You can book guided donkey hikes at our farm. Please allow at least one and a half hours; longer hikes are available by arrangement.



Costs on site: A 30% deposit is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 1 week before arrival; you will receive an email regarding this 2 weeks before arrival. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 9:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys are normally handed over in person on-site; otherwise, they are provided via a key safe. You will receive further information via email 2 weeks before arrival. Pets are not allowed. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax is charged separately and must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Children under 5 years of age are exempt from the visitor’s tax; children aged 6 to 15 pay €1.25 per person per night; adults (16 years and older) pay €2.50 per person per night.Final cleaning, Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a bicycle garage (including an e-bike charging station), as well as hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels (changed weekly) are included in the price.
