A deeply disappointing stay where several of the property’s main advertised amenities were unusable

The house was very big and everything looked very nice, at first. Unfortunately due to the issues we had during the stay that is all I can say positive about the place. That and the host was very nice

Unfortunately, our stay did not match what was advertised. We specifically chose this property for Labor Day weekend because of the hot tub, grill, and game room. The hot tub never had heat during our stay, even after a pool technician came out. The advertised game console and video games were not there, and the game room became extremely hot and did not appear to receive effective air conditioning. The grill was the worst issue. When we opened it, there was an extensive maggot infestation throughout a large buildup of old grease, food residue, and waste, along with a very strong odor. Management did have someone clean it, but after seeing the condition it was in, nobody in our group was comfortable cooking food on it. There were also multiple cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns, including significant staining and buildup in a bathroom, unidentified reddish-brown splatter beside a toilet, a missing fire extinguisher from a clearly marked location, damaged/unsafe furniture, loose bed hardware, and other maintenance issues. The oven door also did not close properly, and a member of our group suffered a burn while the oven was being used. We documented both the oven condition and the injury. Management did send maintenance and a pool technician after we reported the issues, so they did respond. However, the major problems were not actually resolved, and the follow-up we were told would happen the next day did not occur. For the price and the way the property was represented, this was a very disappointing experience. Several of the amenities that influenced our decision to book were either unavailable, unusable, or did not match the listing.

My stay was great!! All my family enjoyed themselves!! We loved the property and location!! I would visit again!!

The property was clean. Great location!!! The pool and hot tub was nice and clean!!

I didn’t like the parking. It was not enough space for two cars. Too many bushes in the way. For an eight bedroom house you should at least have enough room for parking in front of the garage for two cars.

The property was clean. Great location!!! The pool and hot tub was nice and clean!!

I didn’t like the parking. It was not enough space for two cars. Too many bushes in the way. For an eight bedroom house you should at least have enough room for parking in front of the garage for two cars.
