Appartamento molto pulito e funzionale in un residence carino. Arredamento moderno e di buon gusto. Ottima climatizzazione.

Rumore insopportabile da una pompa dell'acqua nel palazzo accanto, ininterrotto fino a notte. Formiche sul piano cottura. Mancano le finestre nel soggiorno e in bagno.

Clean and modern apartment, in a fairly good location. Good TV options in both living room and bedroom. Good shower.

No windows in the apartment! Kitchen not well equipped - no tea towel, no chopping board.

Die Wohnung an sich ist toll, modern eingerichtet. Küche ist ausreichend bestückt. Die Lage ist top - man erreicht alles zu Fuß, ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke....eigentlich alles gut, aber....

Was gar nicht geht, ist ständiger wirklich widerlicher Abwassergeruch in der Wohnung. Diesen bekommt man leider nicht raus, da kein Lüften möglich ist. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Fenster, mehr nicht. Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig - man hört alles vom Nachbarn, sowie ein Geräusch von einer im Haus untergebrachten Klimaanlage oder einem anderen elektrischen Gerät, was örtlich nicht definierbar war.
