Do not stay there. For the same price you can find at least 5 hotels that are better

Perfect location

The building is old and terrible, located over an Indian restaurant and you can not even open your windows for fresh air due to the smell that comes from outside. There is no hot water in the bathroom to take a normal shower. The floor is dirty. Towels with dirty spots. 10$ additional for electricity was the top.

A great dissapintment

The only good thing is that it is in Punda.

The alley was not clean. The smell outside and inside was horrible. The door to the room was damaged and could not be locked accordingly this felt unsafe. The shower has no door which takes away privacy. There were no curtains so we had to look at an empty unkind building trough the windows. there was this weird doll in the starscase like in a horror movie. There wasn't even an unused toiletpaper role but only a used one.

Bring your own toilet paper

Location is in the heart of Punda . Description said beachfront. Lol nowhere near the beach. Apartment located in the narrow alley and facing another building.

Where do I start? When I went to bathroom and didn’t see any toilet paper I reached out to the lady who gave me a key , she said they don’t provide toilet paper I have to bring my own. I never encountered such situation before. So after 10 hr flight I have to look for a store in the city I have never been for a toilet paper??? It does get better: no soap of any kind, I had to take Cold shower as hot water is not provided. Also is not provided a bed cover / blanket. So it was too hot to sleep without AC and with AC I needed a blanket. I wrapped myself into the towels. There is no any garbage receptacle , no curtains in the living room area where the window faces next building very closely. It’s a 3rd floor walk up . If you have a big luggage or bad back it’s going to be hard. I wish it was disclosed. Also not flexible check in/out . You have to wait for a cleaning lady to hand the keys . I didn’t know that payment is in cash , I had to run around with the luggage looking for ATM . Of course no kettle, the pillow was so old and hard it felt like full of rocks. I paid $70 a night. I don’t mind to pay . For this amount I had in my previous place breakfast and all bathroom toiletries. I reach out to Booking.com . They should implement basic hygiene/ sanitary measures for the owners so the tenant doesn’t have to run around the city looking for a toilet paper. Also walk up , cash payments should be disclosed in the description so no surprises. For short stays I like to stay in the downtown and this is the reason I chose this place. I wish I knew.

My stay was not good at all.

The location is perfect in the middle of punda willemstad.

The apartment we booked on booking.com isn't the same apartment we got. The pictures on booking.com was nothing like the apartment we stayed in. The apparment we got had 4 bedrooms with no airc ondition, only in the livingroom was air condition. So we needed to sleep in the livingroom to AC as it was the hottest period on the island. The aparment is really basic, no table only two chairs to sit on. The fridge wasn't working the first day because the poweroutlet was broken. Also the kitchen had nothing much to use . The kitchen only had 2 glasses, few plates and one cooking pit. If you gonna stay here with a family you don't have space to cook or even make a cup of tea. We had the first days alot of problems with the Wifi, the apartment have no Wifi, so we had to get Wifi from the indian restaurant below the apartment. The lady who works in the restaurant always turn off the Wifi when you leaves for the day. We had to ask a few times before we can get continiue Wifi. And even then sometimes the Wifi was very slow. Also there was no toilet paper (maybe just put one so you have a start up). Also we needed to find some sheets to cover our body to sleep, there was no sheets to cover with. Overal i wouldnt recommed this accommation for anyone. But is you are looking for a basic place to stay then yes gor for it.

Werd opgehaald door een taxi. Eigenaar stond mij op te wachten bij het appartement.

Alles was perfect 👌 maar een Tip ( Magnetron zou wel handig zijn).

De locatie is perfect , midden in het centrum. Ruim appartement, met precies genoeg van wat nodig is. Airco, 2 ruime bedden, douche , wc, wastafel. En fijne behulpzame host!!

Eigenlijk alles prima. Een waterkoker zou een fijne verbetering zijn voor het keukentje.
