Very nice property - could be perfect if the mentioned points above are addressed.

The property is in an excellent location on La Palma and has good access to the roads in all directions. We really enjoyed the 2-story house. On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom. On the 1st floor you have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and a separate bathroom. The two bathrooms each have one shower and no bath. We found the kitchen fine, but it was lacking some basic utensils which made cooking a little complicated - there was no potato peeler (there is now as we had to buy one ourselves), there’s no orange/lemon squeezer, there are no big salad bowls so we had to use cooking pots, there is only one oven tray (for potentially 6 residents I think 2 are needed), there were no large tea/coffee mugs (we also bought some, and these have been left in the kitchen). The microwave is small but the space in the kitchen would allow for a larger one, which would be welcomed here for such a large house. There’s also no dish washer, that wasn’t a problem for us, but in this case I think a sufficient amount of washing-up liquid should have been provided (we also restocked the house with this). We were there over December when the temperatures were lower. We had to ask for more blankets as there weren’t any spare ones supplied, and the duvets on the beds were thin. These were provided quickly by the housing manager so that was really appreciated. Of the 4 bedrooms, only the double bed upstairs had 2 bedside lights. So in the other bedrooms it wasn’t very pleasant for night time reading. We moved 1 bedside light downstairs to make the downstairs bedroom a bit more pleasant for reading at night. We requested more bedside lights, but this wasn’t possible within the timeframe we were there. I would highly recommend to the owner that more bedside lights should be provided to make all the bedrooms feel more homely.

La ubicación y la urbanización.

Un par de días antes del viaje mando un mensaje por booking para el check-in sin respuesta, el día anterior mandé varios WhatsApp y tampoco, en el aeropuerto de Tenerife llamé a un número de teléfono de una inmobiliaria y pude organizar la entrada, pero y si fuera un domingo pro lamentablemente tendría problemas porque la inmobiliaria estaría cerrada. La casa está bien situada pero muy abandonada, cuando llegamos en la zona del apartamento delante de la casa había unos matojos que no permitían abrir las puertas de la derecha, la casa tiene unos 30-40 años y sigue igual que ese día, los colchones tienen el mismo tiempo y se duerme fatal, todos los días nos levantamos destrozados y con dolor de cabeza que debe de ser por el olor a humedad tremendo , hay desconchones en muchas paredes, pena no haberle sacado fotos, la puertas y ventanas son de madera. Creo que los propietarios se rien de nosotros y se aprovechan de que estás en un sitio que no conoces y tienes que aguantarte con el tugurio que alquilaste a precio de casa. Para mí es un timo, me siento estafado y espero que este comentario le sirva a alguien.

El sitio es muy bonito éramos 6 personas teniamos espacio de sobra .muy bien acondicionado con todo lo q se puede necesitar (incluso nos dejaron toallas para la playa ,muchas gracias)

Die Räumlichkeiten waren ausreichend Gemeinschafts Pool in der Nähe.

Im Pool Bereich gab es keine Sonnenliegen Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher defekt und zu wenige Handtücher.Wir haben die Verwaltung angeschrieben aber keine Reaktion.wir haben dann uns die Sachen selber gekauft und auch mitgenommen. Einige Zimmer weisen Schimmel bzw. Stockflecken auf und im allgemeinen roch es sehr muffig.Feucht und muffig. Was die Küche angeht, kann ich nur sagen das einiges fehlt und wir waren nur 3 Personen. Das Haus ist liegt 2km hinter der Startbahn und flogen über das Haus und roch danach sehr Kerosin.
