Nice for one night, comfortable and easily accessible
One of your staff members / guests were smoking weed in Studio 1, and it smelt all through the hallways and in the room. The room also had a weird fishy smell

It wasn’t far from the place i needed to go to
Hot water tap in kitchen dint work, the flooring was run down and could do with a change. And could smell cigarettes smell since the day i stayed. The wardrobe was broken from behind and only had two hangers in which was not helpful at all.

Really nice, very clean. Considering this is usually the price you'd pay for a single room in a hotel and you're getting an entire studio, it's very hard to be disappointed. :)
Lots of bugs coming through open windows but that's a personal issue
