The location is perfect. Very friendly staff. The studio was clean and the kitchenette properly staffed with all required items for a kitchenette, beyond expectations, not only dishes, cups, pots, but also many electrical appliances, like blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The location is VERY noisy. This is no fault of the Crisol Suites, but the traffic in Mexico City. There were 18 wheelers (very big trucks for those who are not familiar with the term) on the city street using engine breaks to stop at traffic lights. The noise made by engine breaks is like a jet plane taking off. After the first night (which I could not sleep) I had to go to an auto parts store (AutoZone) and buy ear plugs, after which I slept like a log. It would be nice if Crisol Suites offered ear plugs in the lobby either complimentary or for sale, or you bring your own. I was warned after I made the reservation that it was noisy. I slept in hotels close to highways in the past, but I never imagined anything like this. North of the border, both the US and Canada, engine breaks are forbidden within city limits. Not in Mexico City, or they do not care about regulations, the result is the same.

The location was wonderful and super close to a supermarket, taco spot, Chapultepec Park and Roma Norte. As a solo, female traveler, I felt safe walking around the area at night.
The room was super spacious and the views from the balcony at night were nice. The bed was comfy and I loved the separation of the spaces. There was plenty of room!
It was all good. Staff were nice, but didn't speak English, but that was fine. It was a great place to stay! I would most likely stay there again if I am in the Condesa neighborhood.

The location in Condesa was convenient. Rhe staff was pleasant and helpful.
The apartment was very dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom everywhere. There is no daily cleaning unless you pay extra. I brought my white noise because the traffic outside is no joke how loud it is.
