I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-stocked house in a beautiful, quiet location near UConn. Our family of four fit comfortably and we enjoyed the forest and water views as well as the nearby trails. Joe, the owner, was very responsive and proactive in ensuring our stay was a success. Book it!

Another delightful stay at this charming lake cottage. Flowers in bloom, water fowl on the lake and comfortable accommodations who could ask for anything more. Well maintained cottage with all the amenities needed. With family close by we will be back.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and keep returning because it’s one of favorite air bnbs near UCONN. 7 min drive to UCONN. Very private and well maintained property with a beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable furniture and kitchen well stocked and laid out for cooking meals. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely book this place again ❤️
