mooie huis, erg hygienisch.
Parkeren was betaald, maar niet duur.
geen wc borstel in de wc, deurklink keuken gaan niet open, wiebelt.

The balcony was nice with a good view, the upstairs bathroom was great, decent air conditioning, very easy to access, comfortable sofa and good TV, quite modern
Had issues with getting access to the car park, would be nice if they provided the code for the alarm, badly equipped kitchen

El duplex en sí, coqueto,bien equipado y a dos minutos de la estación del norte;comodisimo para moverte a Barcelona o alrededores sin coche.
Muy atenta y pendiente Merce',su responsable o anfitriona y muy bien el dosier enviado previo.
La habitación principal es incómodo abrir la ventana del todo,topando con el armario y dificultando su uso y apertura,amén del toque que te puedas dar.
Vendría bien ,si no aire acondicionado,un ventilador de techo. Hace calor(imagino en verano que no será)y hay que cerrar la ventana por la noche: ruidos de charlas y recogida de basura,sugerencia que bien ha tenido en cuenta vía telefónica Merce',cuando se pone en contacto para interesarse como nos iba.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung.
Einbahnstraße- keine Parkmöglichkeit. Da wir nachts 1 Uhr ankamen, war kaum Verkehr.
Vorab keine Informationen über das Parkhaus erhalten (wir wussten nicht wo man die Schlüssel findet und wo das Parkhaus ist). Keine Klimaanlage im unteren Schlafraum. Fenster musste geöffnet werden, damit etwas Luft rein kam - täglich Straßenlärm und Müllabfuhr zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten und mitten in der Nacht. Keine Kosmetikeimer in den Bädern vorhanden. Wenig Abstellfläche im unteren Bad und ein viel zu kleines Waschbecken. 3. Zusatzbett musste erst noch bezogen werden. Oberes Bad nicht abschließbar. Wir empfanden den Preis als zu teuer - plus 10 €/Nacht Parkhaus.
