I like that as a returning customer they can ensure I have an upper level room facing the street (Lennox St). This is important to me

Great location. Very clean and spacious.
The carpark was not on the property.

Location
Exceptionally poor communication. No Manager at on site reception, contact phone number recorded message only and no
Response received to messages left. Mould in shower and broken leaking shower hose, exhausted fan in bathroom also not working. Issues raised with management and no response received. Advertised as wifi provided but no login details provided or information about any services. Room had Smokey musty smell. TV remote had flat batteries.
A long weekend should have had appropriate staff.
