Adorable flat that is located right on Washington Ave. You just walk down your steps and your on the hottest area Houston has to offer with Nightclubs, Restaurants and Bars up and down the strip. House was just recently renovated. Book today because it won’t be available long!

The hosts were very kind and accommodating during the stay. Checking in and out was very easy and smooth. There is a parking space available for each of the apartments directly next to the property. I will say the main living area is a little slanted, and the couch makes it feel a bit smaller than it is, but still perfectly comfortable. Now it is Texas, and my stay was during July, so you might see a roach, but for the entire 4 days that I was there, I saw exactly one roach in the bathroom, and I'm pretty sure it's just because they had installed a larger AC unit, so a window was open longer than it otherwise would have been. After that, I had no issues regarding bugs or rodents. There is a slight damp smell that the owners try to mask with car fresheners in the ACs. I got used to it pretty quickly, though, and it did not heavily impact my stay at all, but someone sensitive to smells might wanna keep that in mind. No real reason to complain, near a lot of restaurants and stores, and despite being on a road that can get busy, the area was very quiet.

Michael and his staff are genuine, nice people. Always professional and timely in their responses. I definitely recommend this place. Its nice and comfy, reminds me of a New Orleans type of vibe in the home.
