About this house rental
Le Grand Gîte for 10 to 11 people. Typical Breton cottage, facing the beach with its garden
On the first floor: living room with equipped kitchen area, dining room, living room and a second living room opening onto the terrace and the garden.
- The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with an electric oven, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine, an electric mixer, a cookware, and a porcelain tableware.
- The living room includes: A table, 6 chairs, a bench.
- The living room includes: A 3-seater leather sofa, 1 leather convertible, a 2-meter long base cabinet, a TV cabinet with flat screen TV.
- The small blue living room includes a low cabinet, armchairs and small table, a table and four chairs (favorite corner of the children when the adults extend the meals). This living room with three large bay windows gives access to the terrace and the garden.
- The entrance comprises: A cloakroom closet with a complete vacuum cleaner.
- The toilet and toilet comprises: a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, an iron and a table,
Upstairs 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190, two bedside tables with large cupboard with its bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet .
- 1 bedroom with a 140*190 bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
- 1 small bedroom with 2 beds 80*190, (drawer beds) 1 bedside: bedroom for 2 children or an adult.
- 1 bathroom with shower with thermostatic tap, vanity unit, base unit and toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator.
On the 2nd floor: a reading area and two bedrooms with a magnificent view of the ocean and the dunes,
- A bedroom with 3 beds for 1 person (90*190, three bedside tables and two cupboards.
- A reading corner for children and cupboard.
- A bedroom with 2 beds for 1 person (90*190), two bedside tables and a cupboard.
- The garden: The blue lounge gives access to the private garden, equipped with garden furniture, a fixed barbecue.
The jacuzzi is no longer in the garden.
In addition to your private garden, you can enjoy the large garden which is at the front of the cottages.
In an annex room: a laundry room common to all the Gîtes de la Plage with a dryer. Each gîte has its own personal washing machine in the gîte.
Two private parking spaces.
The gîte has electric heating. Blackout blinds for velux.
