About this house rental
This two-story 1900 Victorian on Western Avenue is full of character—tall ceilings, big windows, a cozy library, and plenty of space to spread out. Just a 5-minute walk to Acrisure Stadium and close to restaurants, pubs, breweries, coffee shops, and museums. It’s an older home with the usual quirks and bumps, but modernized where it counts and very comfortable for groups. This is an apartment within a large home. Two other residents rent the home. You have your own entrance.

The home was very nice, located in a quiet neighborhood. Coffee, food & beverages available within a few blocks and most of the Pittsburgh attractions are within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was huge, absolutely gorgeous, and impeccably clean. It was beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax, making it a great home base for our trip.Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive and helpful, and when we had a couple of instances of other people parking in our dedicated spot, they addressed the issue quickly, which we really appreciated.The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was limited to the two bedrooms, so the common areas could get a bit warm. That said, we visited during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and the house was still comfortable and very livable. The huge ceiling fan in the living room made a tremendous difference.Overall, the small issues didn't take away from our experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay in Pittsburgh at Caroline Sefscik's beautiful home. The space was immaculate and very spacious. We had a well-stocked kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and the park, and enjoyed the Aviary and attended a Pirates Game at PNC Park - beautiful stadium. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this rental to anyone considering a trip to Pittsburgh's North Side.
