Very centrally located apartment in Panama City, 25–30 minutes from Tocumen Airport, 15–20 minutes from Albrook Mall and the Miraflores Locks (Panama Canal), 10 minutes from Multiplaza, 15 minutes from Casco Viejo, 5 minutes from El Dorado Mall, with supermarkets very close by. Public transportation is easily accessible. It’s located between two main streets (Transístmica and Ricardo J. Alfaro or Tumba Muerto) but is quiet; it’s a very peaceful area with 24-hour security.
The complex is called Edison Park. It’s on the 14th floor and has a great view. It’s very comfortable and includes all utilities: high-speed, very reliable internet—ideal for working; cable TV; drinking water service; water heater; electricity up to $75/mensuales (covers above-average usage in Panama but not excessive); and gas.
