Newly remodeled basement suite, unit is the entire basement.
1 bedroom with 2 comfy beds 1 Queen and 1 Twin XL.
A couch in the Living room.
1 Full Bath Very Spacious Kitchen with most everything you need. We use high quality linens, towels and pillows in bedrooms to to make the stay cushy.
Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room. It is shared with the upstairs unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house.
Fenced back yard.
We offer discounts for stays
Pets are permitted BUT ABSOLUTLEY no pets on beds or furniture. if you violate this rule you will get bad review.
Location is;
4 miles from World Equestrian Center for the horse fans.
25 Mi to new Battery plant in Jeffersonville
21 miles to Central State U.
29 Mi to Kings Island.
14 Mi to Caesars Creek Lake
27 Mi to Rock Fork Lake
All of the basement apartment is dedicated space.
The enclosed Florida room which has the Hot tub and Table is a shared area with the upstairs when the other unit is occupied. Also the back yard which can be used for pets is shared when a guest is in other unit. And a fire Pit and Grill located next to the garage.
Patrons are expected to share all these areas.

We had a great stay! We had plenty of space. All the important basics were provided and plentiful. The fenced in yard was a perfect potty spot for my dogs. Maygan was incredibly thorough with instructions and very prompt with communications.The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking, but a quick walk and you're in a lovely vibrant downtown square.There is some downside to being in a basement unit when the upper level is also in use, but i didn't let inconsiderate neighbors ruin the stay.I'm in the area every year and would definitely look to stay here again

Winery not applicable for me. Place was great for my purposes and loved the location for why I was there. The host was very responsive and I would definitely go back!

Perfect location to WEC, Only 9 minute drive. can walk to restaurants in Wilmington. Very comfortable spot.
