About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated Alpenrose vacation rental, at 48 m², is ideal for 2–3 people.
The non-smoking apartment is located on the lower level of the building and is accessible via a separate, ground-level entrance. A small, partially covered east-facing terrace is available for your exclusive use.
In addition to a bedroom with two comfortable box-spring beds (180 cm and 140 cm wide, respectively) and a cozy living area, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, a coffee capsule machine (Tchibo Cafissimo, including a starter pack), etc., as well as a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer.
You can stream content via your own account using the smart TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is also available in all rooms.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a full-size crib and a high chair free of charge.
Dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
Thanks to our property’s central location, you’ll have the perfect starting point for numerous activities. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can explore hiking and walking trails, enjoy the view during a ride on the Weltcup Express mountain railway, or get active on the cross-country ski trail in winter.
You’ll also find the village store, restaurants, and—in the summer—the ice cream shop right nearby.
From May through October, you’ll receive free mountain railway tickets for the railways in Ofterschwang and Bolsterlang.
On-site costs: • Free parking space right next to the house • A crib (complete set) and high chair are available free of charge upon request • Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge • Dogs are permitted in our vacation apartments for an additional fee of €10.00 per day
