About this apartment rental
A warm welcome to our vacation rental, “Meerblick 11 – Seemöwe.”
This modern, non-smoking vacation rental, furnished with great attention to detailis located on the second floor of the Meerblick building and is just about 80 meters from the beach. It’s directly accessible by elevator and fully equipped to make your stay an unforgettable experience any time of year.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental rates are based on 4 people
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.
Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.
The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
A parking space is available free of charge.
There is an elevator in the building.
If available, a bike shed can be booked for an additional fee of 5.00 € per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend making a reservation well in advance.
The kitchen, integrated into the 26 m² living area, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, a microwave, a kettle, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
For our younger guests, a high chair with a seat insert, a travel crib with an extra mattress, and a potty are available.
The cozy seating area, featuring a 40-inch smart TV and a Yamahasound system with an iPod dock, inviting you to enjoy cozy evenings with the whole family. You can soak up the sun on the south-facing, furnished balcony with a view of the sea. During the colder months, the fireplace and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth.
Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and ample storage space.
In the high-end bathroom, you’ll find not only a spa shower and a private sauna, a Miele washer-dryer and a hair dryer.
From May through September, a swiveling 3-seater beach chair on the beach is included for you!
Your free parking space, number 11, is located in front of the Meerblick house on the lake side.
